BACKGROUND
Two big renovation projects involving many different contractors with the objective to completely renew offices in Eindhoven and Schipol
ISSUE
Difficulty to synchronise planning and agenda of these contractors.
SOLUTION
RELAY EXPERT FLOORING installed the new carpet around the working hours of the other contractors
(evenings & weekends)

BACKGROUND
The client wanted to minimise costs by using a local carpet fitter for the areas without furniture (e.g. corridors)
ISSUE
The carpet also needed to be replaced in many offices fully equipped with furniture.
SOLUTION
RELAY EXPERT FLOORING agreed to work in coordination with the local carpet fitter.
As a result of this flexibility, the client maintained its activities without disturbing its own people, at the lowest possible cost.

BACKGROUND
Old "wall to wall" carpet needed to be replaced in occupied offices.
ISSUE
Taking away this carpet would surely damage the subfloor.
SOLUTION
RELAY EXPERT FLOORING took away the old carpet;
repaired locally the subfloor and installed the new floor covering.
